How It Works
Two potions appear, each showing a category and difficulty level. You pick one without seeing the actual question. Only after you commit does the question reveal itself. If you run out of time, a potion is chosen for you at random. Pick Your Poison doesn't change the scoring rules — it just lets you steer toward your strengths (or away from your weaknesses).
Why It Matters
This is one of the rare moments where self-awareness matters more than raw knowledge. Do you pick the easy question in a category you hate, or the hard question in a category you know cold? There's no wrong philosophy, but the best players have a clear sense of where their strengths lie.
